Brezza accepts returns on items bought directly from brezza.com within 30 days of receiving your order. You’ll get a full refund of the purchase price with free return shipping. 

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to two billing cycles for processing. 

• Unopened items (still in original condition): Start your return from your order history in your account.

• Opened items: Please contact Customer Care for return instructions.
