Brezza Returns Policy
Brezza is only able to accept returns on items purchased directly from brezza.com, within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase with free return shipping

If products are in their original condition (unopened, unmarked and in saleable condition), you will get full refund (minus any original shipping fee paid)

If the box is opened, refund can only be in the form of store credit in the amount of original purchase price (minus any original shipping fee paid).
If your product is eligible, you can initiate a return directly from your order history page on your account. You can also contact our Customer Care team to receive specific information about how to return an item. All refunds will be made to the original payment method, or a check will be issued to the purchaser upon receipt of the eligible item. Please allow up to two credit card billing cycles for refund processing.
To initiate a return, click here or call 973.718.2169 (M-F, 9-8pm ET, Sat & Sun 10-7pm ET). Please include your name, address, phone number and order number in the return shipment so we can credit the correct purchaser. NOTE: Brezza does not cover the return shipping cost.
