4. Dispute Resolution
A. Mandatory Informal Pre-Suit Resolution
Brezza values customer relationships and strives to resolve disputes amicably. Before filing a lawsuit or arbitration claim, you must email a detailed Notice to help@brezza.com that includes:
Your full name, address, and contact information.
A description of the claim and the relief sought.
Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for 60 days before initiating legal action.
B. Class Action & Jury Trial Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive your right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action against Brezza. Claims must be brought individually in a court or arbitration.
C. Arbitration Clause
In jurisdictions where required, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Arbitration will be governed by the National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM) rules.
5. Permitted & Prohibited Uses
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
Providing false or misleading information.
Violating applicable laws or regulations.
Transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Engaging in conduct that disrupts or harms Brezza, the Site, or its users.
6. Product Information & Pricing
Brezza strives to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but does not guarantee that all information is error-free. Product availability and prices may change without notice.
7. User Content & Rights
By submitting content (reviews, testimonials, images, etc.), you grant Brezza a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and distribute your content across marketing, social media, and advertising platforms.
You agree that:
You own or have rights to the submitted content.
Content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Brezza may moderate, remove, or edit content at its discretion.
8. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used improperly on the Site, please send a DMCA-compliant notice to help@brezza.com with:

Identification of the infringing material.
A statement that the complaint is made in good faith.
Brezza will investigate and take appropriate action.
9. Limitation of Liability
