How do I use the automatic mixing cup?
The mixing cup has a capacity of 24 oz and is rechargeable with the included USB-C cord. When placed on the drip tray, the mixing cup is automatically activated by the start button on the Shake Maker. The mixing cup can also be used on its own without the Shake Maker.
How fast does it work?

What temperature is my shake?
Shakes are made with room-temperature water. Warm or cold water can be added to the water tank. Like a really cold shake? Store the full water tank in the fridge or add some ice to the water tank.
Can I use milk with the shake maker?
Only water can be put in the water tank, however, you can pour milk or any liquid in the automatic mixing cup and use the powder-only function to make a shake.
When will the shake maker be available?
The Brezza Supermix Protein Shake Maker will be available for pre-sale in the Spring of 2025 with on sale starting late Summer of 2025.

How often do I need to clean the shake maker?
The clean funnel light will appear after every 7 uses to remind you to rinse the funnel clean with water. We recommend cleaning the removable parts of your Shake maker once a month.
How do I clean the shake maker?
All parts except the motor base for the mixing cup can be washed in warm, soapy water. Rinse and air dry thoroughly.
The powder container (lid, wheel, container, axle), funnel, mixing cup, and mixing cup lid are top rack dishwasher safe.
What is your return or refund policy?
Brezza is only able to accept returns on items purchased directly from brezza.com, within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase with free return shipping.
